This study comprehensively analyzes the doctrine of Indonesian Geostrategy as a conceptual and operational framework for maintaining the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) amid the escalating dynamics of global politics. Unlike the classical Western geopolitical paradigm, which emphasizes territorial expansion and the projection of military power, Indonesian Geostrategy is formulated in the form of National Resilience grounded in the Astagatra doctrine. Through a comprehensive examination of its structure, encompassing Trigatra (natural aspects) and Pancagatra (social aspects), this article maps the interdependence among the gatra in countering multidimensional threats, both internal, such as national disintegration, and external, such as regional geopolitical competition. The analysis affirms that strengthening layered national resilience, internalized through Civic Education in higher education, is a fundamental instrument for building Indonesia's non-military deterrent capacity.
