ADMINOVA: Journal of Public Administration, Management and Policy Innovation is a peer-reviewed academic journal that publishes original research, theoretical studies, policy analyses, and scholarly reviews in the fields of public administration, public management, public policy, governance, and policy innovation.

ADMINOVA provides an academic platform for scholars, researchers, practitioners, policy analysts, government officials, and postgraduate students to disseminate empirical and theoretical contributions concerning contemporary developments in public administration and governance.
