BIZVISTA: Journal of Business, Management and Innovation strictly prohibits plagiarism and other forms of academic misconduct.
All manuscripts may be screened using Turnitin or other appropriate similarity-detection software before proceeding through the publication process.
The journal applies the following general similarity criteria:
Manuscripts with a similarity index above 40% may be rejected because of excessive textual similarity, poor paraphrasing, inappropriate quotation, or indications of plagiarism.
Manuscripts will normally be returned to authors for revision. Authors must improve paraphrasing, provide appropriate citations, and correct improperly quoted materials.
The manuscript may proceed to the next editorial stage. However, editors may still require revisions if inappropriate similarity, missing citations, or improper quotations are identified.
A similarity percentage alone does not determine whether plagiarism has occurred. The Editorial Team will evaluate the nature, source, concentration, and context of similarity.
Manuscripts containing plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, duplicate publication, or other serious forms of academic misconduct may be rejected regardless of the overall similarity percentage.
Recommended Maximum Similarity: ≤ 15%
16%–40%: Revision Required
Above 40%: Rejection may be applied
