Aims and Scope

Aims

LOKANUSA aims to become a scholarly platform for advancing theoretical, empirical, and policy-oriented knowledge in local administration, governance, and regional development.

The journal seeks to encourage high-quality research that contributes to understanding how public institutions, governments, communities, private actors, and civil society organizations interact in managing local and regional affairs.

LOKANUSA particularly encourages research that bridges public administration theory and governance practice, develops innovative analytical perspectives, evaluates public policies and institutions, and provides evidence-based recommendations for improving governance and regional development.
