LOKANUSA: Journal of Local Administration, Governance and Regional Development is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal dedicated to advancing knowledge and practice in local administration, governance, public management, decentralization, and regional development.
The journal provides an academic platform for researchers, lecturers, practitioners, government officials, policy analysts, and postgraduate students to disseminate research findings, conceptual studies, policy analyses, and evidence-based practices related to the governance and development of local and regional institutions.
LOKANUSA encourages interdisciplinary and comparative studies that contribute to a deeper understanding of contemporary challenges in public administration and regional governance. Particular attention is given to research addressing institutional capacity, decentralization, intergovernmental relations, public service innovation, local finance, community participation, regional planning, urban and rural development, and sustainable regional development.
The journal is committed to maintaining academic integrity, methodological rigor, transparent peer review, and responsible scholarly publishing. All submitted manuscripts undergo editorial screening and double-blind peer review before they are considered for publication.
LOKANUSA is published by Yayasan Padi Tumbuh Indonesia, a legally registered foundation under Number AHU-00441.AH.02.01.Tahun 2020, dated 28 January 2020.
The journal is published three times a year, in April, August, and December.
