LOKANUSA: Journal of Local Administration, Governance and Regional Development is published three times a year:

Each issue contains scholarly articles that have successfully completed editorial screening, plagiarism checking, peer review, revision, and final editorial evaluation.

The journal is committed to maintaining a regular, transparent, and predictable publication schedule.

Manuscripts will not be accepted solely to fulfill publication quotas. Every article must satisfy the journal's academic, methodological, ethical, and editorial standards.

Where appropriate and technically supported, accepted articles may be published through an online-first or continuous publication mechanism before formal assignment to a scheduled issue.

Special issues may be published where academically justified. Articles submitted to special issues remain subject to the same editorial, ethical, and peer-review standards as regular submissions.

Any exceptional changes to the publication schedule will be announced transparently through the official journal website.
