The names, email addresses, affiliations, and other personal information entered into the LOKANUSA journal management system will be used exclusively for the purposes of scholarly communication, manuscript processing, peer review, editorial administration, publication, indexing, and other activities directly related to the journal.

Personal information will not be shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Access to author, reviewer, and editor information is limited to authorized journal personnel and parties involved in the editorial and publication process.

The journal recognizes the importance of protecting the confidentiality of authors, reviewers, editors, and registered users. Information obtained during manuscript submission and peer review will be treated confidentially in accordance with accepted scholarly publishing practices.

Reviewers must not disclose manuscript contents, research data, arguments, findings, or other confidential information obtained through the peer-review process. Editors are similarly required to protect the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and reviewer identities.
