Editorial Responsibilities

The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for maintaining the academic quality, editorial independence, and strategic development of the journal. Editorial Board members support manuscript screening, reviewer selection, editorial evaluation, quality assurance, and the development of the journal's scholarly standards.

All editorial decisions are based on academic merit, originality, relevance to the journal's scope, methodological quality, ethical compliance, and contribution to knowledge. Editorial decisions must not be influenced by the nationality, institutional affiliation, gender, religion, political orientation, or other personal characteristics of authors.

Editors are required to disclose potential conflicts of interest and must withdraw from handling manuscripts where a conflict may compromise editorial independence.
